When Your Website Needs  an Independent SEO Review

An SEO audit can produce hundreds of findings without making it clear which ones actually matter.

A long report is easy to forward to a developer and difficult to turn into a practical plan.

ENH Marketing provides SEO audit services in Dubai for UAE businesses, focusing on what is affecting search visibility, what needs attention first and how each issue can be addressed. We can audit websites built by your internal team or another agency, providing an independent assessment of the current SEO setup.

You receive a prioritised action plan showing the issue, its potential impact, recommended action, responsible owner, and estimated effort.

Four situations commonly lead businesses to request an SEO audit.

  1. Traffic has dropped and the cause is unclear.

  2. A website has been redesigned and search visibility changed afterwards.

  3. SEO activity has continued without clear progress, despite regular reports.

  4. Or a business is considering an SEO investment and wants to understand the current situation before committing further budget.

Each situation needs the same starting point:

an objective review of the website, search performance and SEO work already in place, followed by clear priorities for what should happen next.

An SEO audit should show where search visibility may be limited, which issues matter most and what should be addressed first.

We review five connected areas:

  1. 01

    Technical Health

    What We Check

Crawling, indexing, redirects, broken pages, sitemaps, page performance and mobile usability

    Why It Matters

Search engines need to access, crawl and understand your pages before they can appear in relevant search results

  2. 02

    On-Page Signals

    What We Check

Page titles, headings, content structure, search intent, internal links and structured data

    Why It Matters

These elements help search engines understand each page and help visitors find relevant information more easily

  3. 03

    Content Quality and Overlap

    What We Check

Thin or outdated content, missing topics and pages targeting the same or similar search intent

    Why It Matters

Overlapping pages can create confusion about which page should rank, while content gaps can leave relevant searches unanswered

  4. 04

    Off-Site Authority

    What We Check

Backlinks, brand mentions, relevant directory listings and business information across the web

    Why It Matters

External signals can contribute to a website’s authority and help search engines understand its wider presence

  5. 05

    AI and Answer Visibility

    What We Check

AI crawler accessibility, brand mentions, citations and how clearly the business is represented across AI-powered search experiences

    Why It Matters

This helps identify whether search engines and AI systems can access and understand enough clear, relevant information about the brand

Anyone can run an SEO crawler.

The output can identify hundreds of technical issues, often ranked by the tool’s own severity settings. But the tool does not know which pages matter most to your business, customers or revenue.

The real work is deciding what deserves attention.

  1. Which issues affect important pages?

  2. Which are low-risk or theoretical?

  3. Which changes could make a meaningful difference to search visibility and user experience?

We use industry-standard SEO tools as part of our process. We then interpret the findings against your website, search performance, business priorities and existing SEO setup. The output is an audit and action plan, not simply an exported tool report.

  1. An executive summary — A concise overview of the main findings, written in plain language and easy to review before a meeting

  2. A prioritised action list — High, medium and lower-priority issues, with the reasoning behind each recommendation

  3. Effort estimates — An indication of the work involved so you can plan resources and implementation

  4. Clear ownership — Each recommendation identifies whether it sits with your developer, content team, marketing team or ENH

  5. Screenshots and examples — Relevant evidence showing what was identified and where the issue occurs

  6. A walkthrough call — A review of the findings with your team, with your developer or other relevant stakeholders welcome to join

Everything is written for people who do not work in SEO every day.

The objective is to make the findings clear enough for decision-makers and practical enough for the people implementing them.

  1. The audit stands on its own

It is a standalone product with actionable findings. You can take the recommendations to your existing agency, internal team or developer without committing to further work with ENH.

  2. Priority reflects business impact

Tool severity is only one input. We consider the affected page, search visibility, business value, technical risk and effort required before assigning priority.

  3. Findings are supported by evidence

Recommendations are backed by relevant data, examples, screenshots or technical observations so your team can understand what was identified and why it matters.

  4. Your implementation team is included

Developers and other relevant team members can join the walkthrough so technical requirements and next steps are clear from the start.

  5. AI search visibility is considered

Where relevant, we review how accessible, structured and clearly represented your business information is across AI-powered search experiences, alongside traditional SEO factors.

Most SEO audits take around

one to two weeks

depending on the size and complexity of the website and how quickly we receive access to the relevant data.

Access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics can make the audit considerably more useful.

Search Console provides valuable evidence about the searches generating impressions and clicks, the pages appearing in search and how search performance has changed over time. Where this data is available, we can combine it with the website review to distinguish technical issues from actual search-performance patterns.

  1. Before committing to ongoing SEO — Establish a clear starting point and identify the priorities before investing further budget

  2. After a redesign, migration or platform change — Check whether important SEO signals, URLs, content or technical elements have been affected

  3. When search performance declines — Investigate changes in traffic, rankings, indexing or other search visibility signals

  4. When changing agencies — Create an independent baseline and understand what has already been done before starting a new engagement

  5. When a large website has not been reviewed recently — Identify accumulated technical, content and structural issues that may be limiting search performance

An audit may have limited value on a brand-new website with very little content or search history.

In that situation, the immediate priority may be building the right pages, structure and technical foundations before conducting a detailed diagnostic audit.

The SEO audit is available as a standalone service.

You can take the recommendations to your existing agency, share them with your in-house developer or content team, or use the action plan internally.

The findings may involve technical development, content, on-page SEO or other digital marketing services. If you would like ENH Marketing to implement the recommendations, that work can be scoped and quoted separately once the audit has identified what is actually required.

We diagnose first and recommend implementation based on the findings, rather than starting with a predefined list of services.

An SEO audit can also identify issues that affect how clearly your business information can be understood across AI-powered search experiences.

We review relevant content structure, business information, crawl accessibility, brand references and other signals that may help search engines and AI systems understand your business.

This does not guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers. Instead, it identifies areas where clearer, more accessible and better-structured information may strengthen your wider search presence.

FAQ

Everything you need to know about working with Dubai’s result-driven digital marketing agency.

A structured review of everything affecting your visibility in search: technical setup, on-page signals, content, off-site profile and, increasingly, whether AI assistants can read and cite you. It produces a prioritised list of what to fix and in what order.

Usually one to two weeks, depending on site size and how quickly we get access to your Search Console and Analytics. Larger ecommerce catalogues take longer because the crawl and the sampling take longer.

Read access to Google Search Console and Analytics, and ideally a look at the CMS. We can audit without them, but Search Console is where the honest data lives, so the audit is weaker without it.

No. Plenty of clients take the list to their own developer or existing agency. The audit is priced as a standalone piece of work for exactly that reason.

Yes, and we will show you the evidence rather than just the opinion. We will also say when the work looks sound, and the problem is elsewhere, which happens more often than you might think.

Free reports are tool exports with a sales call attached. They list problems without weighting them, and the recommendations reliably match whatever the sender sells. Ours is judged output with priorities, effort estimates and owners.

Once a year for most businesses, and after any redesign, migration or unexplained traffic drop. Large ecommerce sites benefit from a lighter check more often.

Tell us your website, roughly how many pages it has, and what made you look into this. We will tell you whether an audit is worth doing and what it would cost.

If your problem is obvious enough that you do not need one, we will say that instead.
