What Does an Influencer  Marketing Agency in Dubai Do?

A large following can look convincing. But if much of that audience is outside the UAE, or rarely responds to sponsored content, a campaign can spend its budget without reaching the people you need.

That is why we look beyond follower count and examine who is actually watching, engaging and responding before recommending a creator.

ENH Marketing is a Dubai digital marketing agency managing influencer campaigns across the UAE. We handle creator selection, contracts, content briefs, approvals, permit checks and campaign reporting. Usage rights are agreed early, allowing suitable content to be extended across your advertising, website and social media channels.

AVERAGE ENGAGEMENT RATE

  1. Nano

Local communities, niche audiences and targeted product seeding

Wider reach may require working with several creators

  2. Micro

Niche audiences, ongoing brand activity and stronger interaction

Multiple creators may be needed to build broader reach

  3. Macro

Product launches, major events and broader brand awareness

Higher fees with engagement levels that can vary

  4. Celebrity and mega

Prestige campaigns, national reach and major brand moments

Significant budgets and clearly commercial audience perception

For many UAE brands, nano and micro influencers can provide a practical starting point, while macro influencers can add wider visibility around launches or major events. Luxury brands may require a different creator mix, where association with a smaller number of carefully selected high-profile names can be an important campaign consideration. ENH brings 15+ years of digital marketing experience in Dubai to help align creator selection with your audience, category and campaign objectives.

Influencer marketing can become complicated before the first post is filmed. Rates need negotiation, briefs need approval, and contracts, permits, deadlines and feedback all need to stay on track.

  1. Our team manages these details in one place and connects influencer campaigns with wider digital marketing services when paid media, landing pages or email support are required.

  2. Strategy and Planning

We define the audience, platforms, campaign objectives and key messages before contacting influencers, creating a clear framework for creator selection, content development and campaign measurement.

  3. Influencer Selection

We create a focused shortlist of relevant creators based on audience, content, platform, location and campaign requirements, with a clear reason behind every recommendation.

  4. Briefing

We prepare clear briefs covering key messages, required shots, deliverables and brand guidelines, while allowing creators enough flexibility to maintain their natural style and audience connection.

  5. Contracts and Compliance

We coordinate fees, deadlines, disclosure requirements, permit status, exclusivity and usage rights, ensuring key commercial and compliance requirements are agreed before content production begins.

  6. Content Review

We review every submission against the approved brief, coordinate your feedback with the creator and manage required revisions before the content is approved for publication.

  7. Paid Amplification

Strong influencer content can be extended through Meta Partnership Ads or TikTok Spark Ads when the required permissions and usage rights are in place.

  8. Reporting

We report on campaign activity, content performance, audience response and available conversions, helping you understand what the influencer activity achieved and what can be improved.

Follower count is easy to notice. It is also easy to misread.

An influencer with 200,000 followers may look ideal for a Dubai restaurant. If only a small share of those followers lives in the UAE, that headline number may not reflect the audience you actually need to reach. We look more closely at four areas before putting a creator forward.

  1. 01

    Where Their Followers Are Based

We check how much of the audience is within your target market. For local brands, this may mean focusing on Dubai, a particular emirate or the UAE as a whole.

  2. 02

    How People Respond

Likes alone can give a misleading picture. We review reach, comments, engagement patterns and follower growth to understand how actively the audience responds to the creator's content.

  3. 03

    How Your Brand Would Fit

The influencer's usual tone, presentation and content style matter. Their content should give your brand a natural place within the feed without making the partnership feel forced.

  4. 04

    How Often They Advertise

A feed filled with back-to-back promotions can affect how sponsored content is received. We review recent partnerships, competing brands and how sponsored posts compare with the influencer's usual content.

The final shortlist stays focused on creators who suit your audience, category and business objective. You also see the thinking behind each recommendation, so the selection process is clear rather than based on follower count alone.

A product launch, event or new service usually comes with a fixed date and many moving parts. Influencers need time to review the brief, produce content and make changes before anything goes live.

01Start With the Brief
BriefResponse
  1. 01

    Start With the Brief

We agree on the audience, platforms, creator level, budget and campaign objective. You receive a clear plan and working timeline before creator outreach begins.

  2. 02

    Build the Shortlist

We research creators, review their audiences and assess how well they fit the brief. Each recommendation includes supporting information and a clear explanation.

  3. 03

    Confirm the Creators

We negotiate rates and prepare contracts while confirming permit status, disclosure requirements, usage rights and exclusivity before content production starts.

  4. 04

    Prepare the Content

Every creator receives an approved brief covering the campaign message, required deliverables, deadlines and relevant brand guidelines before production begins.

  5. 05

    Review and Publish

We coordinate content submissions, collect your feedback and manage revisions. Once approved, we confirm publishing dates, required disclosures and agreed usage permissions.

  6. 06

    Review the Response

After publication, we report on content performance, audience response and creator-level results. These findings can guide future influencer activity and paid amplification.

Brands often budget for the influencer’s post and overlook the content itself.

Then a strong video performs well, but the contract only covers its original publication. The brand cannot use it in an ad, place it on a product page, or share it again several months later.

We agree on usage rights while the contract is being prepared. This gives everyone a clear understanding of how the content can be used and for how long.

Depending on the agreement, approved content can be:

  • 01

Promoted through Meta Partnership Ads or TikTok Spark Ads

  • 02

Shared across your brand’s social media channels

  • 03

Repurposed within future social media content

  • 04

Added to relevant landing or product pages

  • 05

Included in selected email marketing campaigns

The contract sets out the approved channels, duration, territory and paid media permissions. This protects both sides and helps your brand get more value from content that has already been produced.

Views and likes are easy to report. They do not always answer the question a brand really has: did the influencer activity make a difference?

  • Visible

Some actions can be tracked clearly. A person clicks a unique link, uses an influencer’s code or completes an enquiry form. The connection is visible.

  • Harder to follow

Other journeys are harder to follow. Someone may watch an Instagram Story on Monday, remember the brand and search for it on Thursday. Most platform reports will not connect those two actions.

That does not make influencer marketing impossible to measure. It means the results need context.

Depending on the activity, we can track:

  1. Reach and impressions
  2. Video views and completion rates
  3. Engagement and interactions
  4. Link clicks and referral traffic
  5. Unique influencer code usage
  6. Enquiries and attributed purchases
  7. Paid media performance and results

We can also assign a unique link or code to each influencer and monitor changes in brand searches. Together, these signals provide a clearer view of how people discovered the brand, how they responded and which content may warrant further investment.

FAQ

Everything you need to know about working with Dubai’s result-driven digital marketing agency.

Current National Media Authority guidance requires individuals publishing promotional content through social media and other digital platforms to hold the relevant Advertiser Permit. This applies to paid and unpaid promotional work. We verify permit status before contracts are signed. Requirements should also be confirmed before the work begins, as regulations can change.

Influencers entering on a visit visa need a Visitor Advertiser Permit. The application is handled through a licensed UAE advertising agency, so this should be arranged before travel or production dates are confirmed.

We look at audience location, engagement patterns, content style, recent brand partnerships and overall fit. Every recommendation comes with a clear explanation.

Yes, when the required usage rights are included in the contract. The agreement will state where the content can appear, how long it can be used and whether paid advertising is included.

Rates vary based on audience size, category, deliverables, exclusivity, production requirements and usage rights. Influencer fees and our management fee are shown separately, giving you a clearer view of where the budget is going.

That depends on what you want to achieve. Micro and nano influencers work well for local reach, niche audiences and ongoing activity. Macro influencers can bring wider visibility to launches, events and major brand moments. Some brands benefit from a combination of both.

We track the numbers that connect to your business goal. These may include reach, views, engagement, website visits, code usage, enquiries or sales. We also explain where the customer journey cannot be fully tracked, so the report gives you a realistic view of the results.

Each brief gets a fresh shortlist based on the target audience, location, category and budget. This keeps the recommendations relevant to what your brand needs now.

Most influencer activity needs around two to four weeks between the initial brief and the first post going live. Influencer availability, negotiations, contracts, permits and approval rounds can affect the timing. Working with visiting influencers may require additional time.

Yes. With the correct usage rights and permissions, suitable content can run through Meta partnership ads or TikTok Spark Ads. This allows a strong organic post to reach a larger, more targeted audience.

Tell us what you want to promote, who you need to reach, and the budget you have in mind.

We will review the brief and outline how we can help. Influencer fees and our management fee will be shown separately, so you can see exactly how the proposed budget is structured.
