Making Every Paid Channel Earn Its Budget

If you are putting money into paid media, you should know what that money is doing.

We manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube for businesses in the UAE, covering everything from campaign setup and optimisation to creative production and testing. Everything is reported clearly, so you can understand where the budget is going without having to decode a media report.

THE SIX ROUTES WE RUN FOR LEAD GENERATION

We work with UAE businesses where an enquiry starts a conversation instead of completing a sale, and where the speed and quality of that call decides the revenue.

01

We build for AI search as well as Google.

Your content is structured so it can be surfaced and cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, which is increasingly where buyer research starts.
02

We report on cost per qualified lead.

Impressions and click-through rates are diagnostic. They are not the score, and they do not open a monthly report.
03

Creative testing is part of the service.

On paid social, the creative decides the result more than the targeting does, so testing it is not optional.
04

Fee and ad spend quoted as two numbers. Always

If an agency hands you one combined figure, you cannot judge the media or the management, and that is usually the point.
05

We cut what is not working

If a channel is not earning its budget, we say so in the report and move the money, rather than reporting the volume and hoping you do not ask.
06

Local market fluency

Bilingual creative where it earns better results, and an understanding of how Ramadan, summer travel, and UAE buying seasons move performance.

The Six Channels We Run For Your Business

As a 360° digital marketing agency in Dubai, we do all six in-house. Most clients run two or three. Start with one and add the next when it earns its place.

Google Ads

People are already searching for what you sell. This is how you get in front of them before a competitor does. Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display, built on the words your buyers type, not the ones that look good in a report.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram together reach the biggest combined audience in the country. Nobody scrolling it was looking for you, and that is the point. This is where you create demand, and where you win back the people who left without buying. On Meta, the ad itself decides the result more than the targeting does, so we test creative every week.

LinkedIn Ads

B2B only. Target by job title, seniority, company size, industry or a named list of accounts, with Lead Gen Forms where the offer suits them. Clicks cost more here than anywhere else, which works when one deal pays for a hundred of them.

TikTok Ads

Still written off as a teenagers' app but it has the largest adult audience of any platform in the UAE. Vertical, sound-on, hook in the first second, tested in volume. Recut TV ads die here, and fast.

Snapchat Ads

Most Dubai agencies skip it. That is precisely why attention costs less on it. Strong with younger adults and across the wider Gulf, and useful when you need reach without Meta's floor price.

YouTube Ads

For anything that needs showing instead of saying. It sits inside Google, so search history and intent feed the targeting. Give it thirty seconds of something worth watching, and it will outwork a six-second logo every time.

Organic social is a separate service. If you want the accounts run alongside the paid campaigns, see our [Instagram marketing], [TikTok marketing] and [LinkedIn marketing] pages.

The First 90 Days of How Our Performance Marketing Process Works [as an illustration]

A 90-day structure, with campaigns live inside week two.

stage 1
Audit and plan

We go through your existing accounts, tracking and creative, agree the audiences and the offer, and map a channel plan with a budget split. You get an audit document and a media plan.

stage 2
Tracking and launch

Conversion events, server-side tracking where you need it, CRM connected. All of it before a dirham goes out. First campaigns live.

stage 3
Testing phase from weeks 3-6

Structured creative and audience tests, run at enough volume to give you a real answer instead of a hunch. You get your first performance read and a shortlist of what works.

stage 4
Month 2 onward, we consolidate and scale

Money moves to the campaigns earning the lowest cost per qualified lead. Weak campaigns get cut, not nursed. Monthly report and a revised plan.

Then all we need to do is nurture and recover. Sequences for the majority who were not ready first time, and re-engagement of the list you already hold. That last one is almost always the cheapest revenue in the business.

Six Things Most Agencies Leave Out That We Don’t

Your sales team signs the definition off. It sounds like a formality. It is the reason our reports and your CRM end up agreeing with each other.

1

No bought lists, ever

Purchased data converts badly, damages your sender reputation, and creates consent problems under UAE rules. An agency selling you a database is selling you a liability.
2

Response time is on every report.

In this market, it usually decides the sale, and almost nobody measures it.
3

Every consent record is retrievable.

Opt-in only on email and WhatsApp, documented well enough to produce if a regulator ever asks.
4

Landing pages are built here.

Your paid traffic lands on a page built to do one job. A homepage makes people guess where to go, and most of them guess wrong.
5

You get told when traffic is not your problem.

Sometimes the offer or the follow-up is the constraint, and more traffic only makes the leak bigger. That conversation costs us a retainer now and then, and saves you a year.
6

We build for AI search as well as Google.

Your brand shows up when buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity who to hire.

frequently asked questions

What does a lead generation company do?

A lead generation company builds and runs the system that turns interest into qualified enquiries: the offer, the traffic source, the landing page, the capture and routing, the qualification step and the follow-up. What you should end up with is enquiries your sales team recognises as worth calling, at a known cost.

What counts as a qualified lead?

Whatever we agree with you before any work starts. We use four stages: enquiry, marketing qualified, sales qualified, and booked meeting. We report against the last two, because those are the ones your own sales team would count.

How much does lead generation cost in Dubai?

It comes down to how many routes we run, whether we are building landing pages, your email and messaging volume, and whether paid media is involved. Ad spend and tooling are billed separately from our fee. Every engagement gets a written proposal with the lead definition included.

Do you work with B2B and B2C businesses?

Both, and they run differently. On the B2B side, we measure booked meetings with named decision-makers, and the nurture runs longer. B2C lives or dies on offer clarity and response speed. The channel mix, the lead definition and the reporting all change accordingly.

Do you buy or sell lead lists?

No. Purchased lists convert badly, damage your sender reputation and create consent problems under UAE rules. We build lists and pipelines from your own activity. Slower to start, considerably better afterwards. An agency selling you a database is selling you a liability.

How long before lead generation produces results?

Landing page and routing fixes can move conversion rates in the first two to three weeks, because you are converting traffic you already have. Building an audience or a list takes 60 to 90 days. Response time fixes produce the fastest gains of all.

What is the difference between lead generation and performance marketing?

Performance marketing is where you buy attention: the paid channels and the media budget. Lead generation is what happens to that attention, plus the channels you own, meaning your list, WhatsApp, local search, and your landing pages. Most businesses need both. See our [performance marketing] page.

Do UAE rules restrict marketing emails and WhatsApp messages?

Yes. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you need prior opt-in consent before marketing by email, phone or text, and an existing customer relationship does not count as a legal basis on its own. WhatsApp layers Meta's own rule on top: opt-in before the first message, and your business name at the point of consent. People can withdraw at any time.

Can we send marketing emails or WhatsApp messages to a list we already have?

Only if those people opted in to hear from you and you can show it. Consent has to be specific and recorded, so a list gathered for one purpose rarely covers marketing. We audit what you hold before anything sends. Where the consent record is thin, we rebuild the list instead of gambling your sender reputation on it.

TELL US WHERE YOUR ENQUIRIES ARE LEAKING

Tell us what you sell, where your enquiries come from now, and what happens to them after they arrive. You will hear back within 3 to 4 hours with a straight answer on where you are losing money, and a scoped proposal if we can fix it.
